2. Sweepstakes Overview
The Sponsor is conducting two (2) separate sweepstakes, each with its own entry pool and winner.
Sweepstakes A — Wedding Ice Cream Giveaway
Entry website:

One (1) winner will receive The Last Scoop's Big Scoop Ice Cream Catering Package for an eligible celebration, including birthdays, graduations, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversaries, corporate events, community events, family reunions, and other eligible occasions.
Both sweepstakes operate independently. Entering one does not automatically enter an individual into the other.
An eligible individual may participate in both sweepstakes and may potentially be selected in both drawings.
A total of two (2) prizes will be awarded, one per sweepstakes.
3. Eligibility
Participation is open only to legal residents of Michigan who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
The following individuals are not eligible:
Owners of The Last Scoop
Employees of The Last Scoop
Immediate family members of owners and employees, including spouses, parents, children, and siblings
The Sponsor may request reasonable verification of age, residency, identity, or eligibility before awarding a prize.
All information submitted must be truthful and accurate.
Entrants do not need to own a business, be engaged, have a confirmed event reservation, or purchase any products or services to participate.
However, the awarded catering service must be redeemed within the geographic, scheduling, and redemption restrictions described in these Official Rules.
Void outside Michigan and wherever prohibited by law.
4. Sweepstakes Entry Period
Both sweepstakes begin:

The Sponsor's electronic entry records will determine when submissions were received.
5. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter online, free of charge, through the applicable official entry page.
Wedding Giveaway
https://www.bookthescoop.com/bridal-expo-giveaway
General Event Giveaway
https://www.bookthescoop.com/event-giveaway
Entrants must complete and submit the applicable online entry form.
Requested information may include:
Full name
Email address
Planned event date
Event location, including city and state
Estimated guest count
Type of event
An event date or guest count entered on the form is an estimate for planning and lead qualification purposes and does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person per sweepstakes.
Each eligible individual may submit a maximum of one entry to the Wedding Giveaway and one entry to the General Event Giveaway.
Entering both sweepstakes is permitted.
Duplicate entries, false identities, automated submissions, or attempts to circumvent the entry limit may result in disqualification.
No purchase, deposit, booking, donation, or payment is required to enter or win.
Purchasing products or services from the Sponsor does not improve an entrant's chances of winning.
Consent to marketing emails is optional and does not affect eligibility or odds of winning.
6. Prizes
Two (2) prizes will be awarded in total.
Each winner will receive The Last Scoop's Big Scoop Ice Cream Catering Package, with an approximate retail value of $800.
The standard package includes:
Up to four (4) hours of full-service ice cream catering
Service for up to one hundred fifty (150) guests
Up to three hundred sixty (360) scoops of ice cream
Up to four (4) ice cream flavors
The Last Scoop ice cream bicycle
Standard serving equipment and service personnel
Standard setup and breakdown
Travel within thirty (30) Google Maps driving miles of the Sponsor's home base in Warren, Michigan
Prize value: $800 per winner.
Total approximate retail value of both prizes: $1,600.
Additional package information is available at:
https://www.bookthescoop.com/pricing
The prize includes the standard Big Scoop Package and its stated limitations.
The 4-hour service duration, 150-guest capacity, 360-scoop quantity, and 4-flavor selection are maximum included amounts, not guaranteed minimum usage.
Service concludes when the scheduled service period ends or when the included ice cream quantity has been exhausted, whichever occurs first.
The prize does not guarantee that every guest will receive multiple servings.
The prize has no cash redemption value and may not be exchanged for money.
7. Smaller Events and Customization
Winners are not required to host events with 150 guests to redeem their prizes.
A winner may choose a smaller catering package, such as The Last Scoop's Sweet Stop Package, instead of the Big Scoop Package.
If a smaller package is selected, the winner may use the difference between its regular retail price and the $800 prize value toward available enhancements.
Eligible enhancements may include:
Additional ice cream flavors
Decorations or themed displays
Customized signage
Event branding
Other available and approved catering upgrades
The combined retail value of the selected package and all approved enhancements may not exceed $800 without additional payment.
All modifications are subject to availability, scheduling, equipment limitations, and approval by The Last Scoop.
Unused prize value is not refundable and will not be issued as cash, gift cards, credits, or future service balances.
If the winner selects a smaller package and does not use the full $800 value, any unused amount is forfeited.
The Sponsor is not obligated to provide enhancements that are unavailable or outside its normal service capabilities.
8. Additional Services and Charges
Services exceeding the Big Scoop Package or the $800 prize value are not included.
Examples of optional additional charges include:
Additional guests
Additional scoops
Additional ice cream flavors
Service time beyond four hours
Additional decorations or customization
Specialty products or premium upgrades
Travel beyond the included service area
Other services exceeding the standard package
Additional services will be priced according to The Last Scoop's applicable rates and quoted to the winner before booking.
Any optional charges must be approved by the winner before being incurred.
Winners are not required to purchase additional services to receive the standard prize.
9. Service Area and Travel
Each prize includes travel to an eligible event location within thirty (30) driving miles of:
The Last Scoop
13647 E. 10 Mile Rd
Warren, MI 48089
Distance will be calculated using Google Maps driving directions from the Sponsor's address to the event location, using the shortest practical route shown at the time the booking is confirmed.
An event located within 30 driving miles is eligible for the included standard travel service.
Additional travel beyond 30 driving miles is subject to an additional charge.
Additional mileage and travel charges will be quoted by The Last Scoop before booking and must be approved by the winner.
Service outside the included area is subject to availability and Sponsor approval.
A winner who does not wish to pay additional travel charges may select an eligible event location within the included 30-mile service area.
10. Prize Redemption Period
Both winners will be selected through separate random drawings on April 1, 2027.
Each prize must be redeemed for an event occurring within twelve (12) months following the drawing date.
Final redemption date: April 1, 2028.
The catered event must actually occur on or before April 1, 2028.
Booking an event before that date does not extend the redemption deadline.
Prizes not redeemed within the applicable period will expire, subject to applicable law.
Expired prizes and unused prize amounts have no cash, credit, or refund value.
The Sponsor recommends contacting The Last Scoop as early as possible after winning to discuss preferred event dates.
11. Availability and Blackout Dates
All prize reservations are subject to availability.
The Last Scoop may have previously confirmed client bookings on certain dates.
Dates already reserved for another client, when The Last Scoop cannot accommodate an additional event, are considered blackout dates.
The Sponsor is not required to cancel or reschedule existing customer reservations to accommodate a sweepstakes winner.
A prize does not guarantee service on a particular requested date.
The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate winners by offering available alternative dates within the prize redemption period.
A booking is considered confirmed only after The Last Scoop provides written confirmation.
The Sponsor will not intentionally withhold available dates solely to prevent a valid winner from redeeming a prize.
12. Prize Transferability
Prizes are transferable.
A verified winner may transfer an awarded prize to another individual by providing written notice to The Last Scoop.
Transfers must be documented and approved by the Sponsor before redemption.
A transferred prize remains subject to all original conditions, including:
The $800 maximum prize value
Package service and quantity limitations
The 30-mile included service area
Scheduling availability
The April 1, 2028 expiration date
Transferring a prize does not create additional prize value or extend its expiration date.
Prizes may not be sold, auctioned, or exchanged for cash.
Only one individual or event may redeem each awarded prize.
The transferee must comply with applicable service and redemption requirements.
13. Winner Selection
Two (2) independent random drawings will be conducted on April 1, 2027.
One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from eligible Wedding Giveaway entries.
One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from eligible General Event Giveaway entries.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected within its respective sweepstakes.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that particular drawing.
A person who validly enters both sweepstakes may be selected in both drawings.
Winners are not predetermined.
Selected individuals must complete the verification and notification procedures described below before being confirmed as winners.
14. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email using the addresses submitted with their entries.
Notification will be sent following the April 1, 2027 drawings.
Potential winners must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days after the Sponsor sends the initial notification.
The Sponsor may request reasonable documentation to confirm eligibility and prize acceptance.
If a potential winner:
Fails to respond within the required period
Provides false or materially incomplete entry information
Is determined to be ineligible
Declines the prize
Fails to complete reasonably required verification
the Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries for the applicable sweepstakes.
This process may be repeated as necessary, subject to applicable law.
The Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notifications caused by inaccurate information supplied by an entrant.
Winners are responsible for checking their email, including spam and junk folders.
15. Event Booking Requirements
Before redeeming a prize, the winner or approved transferee must coordinate event arrangements with The Last Scoop.
Required details may include:
Event date
Event location
Estimated guest count
Requested flavors
Service start and end times
Selected package or enhancements
Venue access and setup requirements
Event locations must reasonably accommodate the safe operation of The Last Scoop's ice cream bicycle and associated service equipment.
The winner or event organizer is responsible for obtaining venue permission and any approvals required of the event organizer or venue.
The Last Scoop remains responsible for maintaining the licenses, permits, and authorizations required for its own catering operations.
The Sponsor may decline a location that is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for lawful catering operations and work with the winner to find a suitable alternative.
16. Weather, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
Outdoor events are subject to weather and safety considerations.
The Last Scoop may postpone or discontinue service when severe weather, unsafe conditions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent safe operations.
If an event must be rescheduled, the Sponsor and winner will make reasonable efforts to identify an alternative date.
All rescheduled events remain subject to availability and the applicable redemption period, unless otherwise required by law or agreed to by the Sponsor in writing.
If the Sponsor cancels a confirmed prize booking for reasons within its control, it will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative date or comparable fulfillment arrangement.
Winners should notify the Sponsor promptly if their event arrangements change.
The prize does not entitle the winner to a cash payment in place of the catering service.
17. No Cash Alternative
The prize is a promotional award for ice cream catering services.
It cannot be redeemed for cash.
No cash refund will be issued if a winner selects a smaller package.
Unused hours, scoops, flavors, guest capacity, or other package benefits do not create a monetary credit or remaining balance.
Approved substitutions and upgrades are limited to the $800 total prize value unless the winner voluntarily purchases additional services.
18. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any personal tax obligations that legally apply to their prizes.
The Sponsor may request tax-related information or provide required tax reporting documents if legally necessary.
No advance tax payment to The Last Scoop is required to claim a prize.
19. Privacy and Personal Information
Information collected through the entry forms will be used to administer the sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and arrange prize fulfillment.
Entry information may include names, email addresses, event dates, event locations, anticipated guest counts, and event types.
Entrants may separately and voluntarily agree to receive marketing communications from The Last Scoop.
Marketing consent is not required to enter or win.
Individuals who subscribe to marketing communications may unsubscribe using the instructions provided in those communications.
The Sponsor will process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its published Privacy Policy.
20. Publicity and Photography
The Last Scoop may request permission to announce the winners or share photographs and videos of the prize events.
Winners are not required to participate in promotional photography, testimonials, or advertising as a condition of receiving their prizes.
Any use of a winner's name, image, likeness, or testimonial for promotional purposes will be subject to any consent required by applicable law.
21. Fraud and Disqualification
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, materially inaccurate, or submitted in violation of these Official Rules.
Prohibited conduct includes:
Entering multiple times in the same sweepstakes
Using false or multiple identities to circumvent entry limits
Manipulating the entry system
Interfering with the random drawing process
Misrepresenting eligibility
Attempting to claim another individual's prize without authorization
The Sponsor may investigate suspected violations and maintain reasonable records to support its decisions.
All disqualification decisions must comply with applicable law and be applied consistently.
22. Technical Difficulties
The Sponsor is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control that interfere with the receipt or processing of entries, including internet outages or third-party service disruptions.
If fraud, technical failure, or another extraordinary event materially compromises the integrity of a sweepstakes, the Sponsor may take reasonable corrective action consistent with applicable law.
Where legally permitted and reasonably practical, an affected drawing may be completed using eligible entries received before the interruption.
The Sponsor will not modify material prize terms in a manner that unlawfully disadvantages eligible participants.
23. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree that the Sponsor is not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules waives or excludes liability that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
The Sponsor remains responsible for performing its catering services with reasonable care and in compliance with applicable law.
Any separate event-service acknowledgment or agreement must be consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law.
24. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Michigan.
Any disputes concerning participation, administration, or prize fulfillment will be subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of courts with lawful authority over the matter.
